We offer all services ranging from filing applications for patents, utility models, industrial designs and trademarks in Japan and foreign countries to obtaining and maintaining patent rights. Our practice also focuses on litigation, search and assessment related to intellectual property, including trials for correction, trials for invalidation and other trials (including opposition to registration), as well as counseling clients on these issues.
